Scope of work
Every project starts with a written summary of what we will build, what is included, the timeline, and the price. Work outside that summary is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Projects are typically invoiced with a deposit to begin and the balance due before launch. Ongoing maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Content and materials
You are responsible for having the right to use the text, images, and logos you provide. We can write copy and source imagery for you when that is part of the agreed scope.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, the finished website design and content are yours. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results and third-party services
We build websites that are fast, mobile-friendly, and designed to encourage enquiries, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings or a specific number of customers. Hosting, domains, and other third-party services are subject to their own providers' terms.
