Website Design Agreement
Version v1-2026-08 · Between Predex (Vasil Nadiradze) and the client named below.
1. Scope of work
Predex will design and build the website described in the package you select below, plus any extras written into the project summary we send you. Anything outside that summary is quoted separately before it begins.
2. Timeline
Work begins once the deposit is received and your content is available. Typical timelines are 1–2 weeks for Standard and 2–4 weeks for Professional, and depend on how quickly feedback and content are provided.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is due before work begins and the balance is due before launch, unless the project summary says otherwise. Monthly maintenance, if selected, is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid month.
4. Revisions
Each package includes two rounds of design revisions. Additional rounds are quoted before they begin.
5. Content and materials
You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, and logos you provide. Predex can write copy or source imagery when that is part of the agreed scope.
6. Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, the finished website design and content are yours. Predex may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Results and third-party services
Websites are built to be fast, mobile-friendly, and designed to encourage enquiries, but specific search rankings or customer numbers cannot be guaranteed. Hosting, domains, and other third-party services are subject to their own providers' terms.
8. Cancellation
Either side may end the project in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable, and the deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.
